Right to Cancel:

Wisconsin Consumer Act Protections: Under Wisconsin law, you may have the right to cancel certain transactions within 3 business days of your purchase and receive a full refund within 10 days.​This right applies to transactions solicited and concluded away from our primary place of business. If your booking qualifies, please contact us in writing within this timeframe.

Standard Cancellation Fees:  Based on Deposit of: 50% of tour cost with a maximum of $500  Per Person paid at booking.  Full tour cost due within 30 days of departure  

 

Cancellation Days Prior:

•  61+         Full Refund of Deposit

•  60-31     50% Refund of Deposit

• 15-30      50% Refund of full tour cost

• 1-14         No Refund of tour cost

We work in good faith with our accommodation, transportation, and venue suppliers to accommodate the accessibility needs of our guests. Because we rely on third-party partners, accessibility standards may vary.
